After building a substantial vocabulary and understanding basic grammar, level two shifts focus to output—speaking. Using platforms like iTalki or HelloTalk to find tutors or conversation partners is crucial. The goal here is to practice speaking, as fluency comes with the ability to communicate effectively. Transitioning from using English subtitles to target language subtitles while consuming media can further enhance your learning.
