My Personal Journey from Scarcity to Abundance

My transition wasn't overnight; it demanded confronting patterns ingrained since birth and beliefs I unknowingly adopted. In the realm of scarcity, we often find ourselves in a whirlwind of 'not enough,' akin to wandering through a desert in search of water while unaware of the sealed bottle we carry within.

The Realization of Abundance

Transitioning to an abundance mindset is like discovering the desert was actually a mirage, and you're standing by an ocean. Abundance isn't just about having more; it recognizes that at any moment, you have exactly what you need. For instance, back in January 2019, I realized I needed more resources for my business by June 2019. Initially panicky, I learned to trust that the necessary resources would arrive precisely when needed—not before.

Identifying Core Patterns That Govern Our Lives

Our lives are often directed by invisible scripts—deep-seated narratives that shape our reality. These patterns can be feelings of rejection, abandonment, or control. Recognizing these patterns is crucial as they dictate how we feel and react consistently across different situations in our lives.

Reflection Exercise:

Think of a time you felt limited and peel back the layers asking why each feeling or reaction occurs until you reach the core pattern governing your reactions.

Steps for Cultivating an Abundance Mindset:

  1. Recognize Your Triggers: Notice when thoughts of scarcity arise—whether during financial discussions or when comparing yourself to others.
  2. Master Your Emotions: Identify emotions linked with these triggers (anger, anxiety) and use techniques like breathing or journaling to understand their origins and let them go.
  3. Identify Core Patterns: Understand where these patterns originate—often rooted in past traumas or continuous negative feedback loops from childhood experiences.
  4. Revising Core Patterns: Rewrite your life script by taking conscious actions aligned with abundance intentions based on newfound awareness.
  5. Set Healthy Boundaries: Learn what drains you and say no; embrace what fuels your soul with yeses that align with your desired pattern changes.
  6. Integration and Practice: Make new insights habits second nature through daily practice until they become ingrained as part of your natural response mechanism.
  7. Embrace Both Feminine Intuition & Masculine Action: Listen closely to inner wisdom guiding 'why' & 'what,' then let masculine energy decide 'how' & 'when' for manifesting these insights physically.
